My five-year-old shop page was taken over at midnight — email and phone number both changed. AT Media walked me through facebook.com/hacked step by step and helped me prepare the right ID documents. Three days later I had the account back, with two-factor turned on again.

It depends on the account and on how quickly the platform responds. After checking, we give you an estimate before we start; it is commonly a few days to about two weeks, and longer when the platform asks for extra verification. The final decision is always the platform’s.
We quote after checking the situation and before any work starts. The fee depends on the type of issue, how hard it is and the kind of account; you get a specific quote on Zalo, we only start once you agree, and we charge exactly what was agreed.
